Michelle Landy is a contemporary voice in transforming how people and businesses communicate, engage and lead themselves and others.

Michelle is a lecturer in leadership at the University of Technology, Sydney, of a masters program, a regular presenter at conferences and a growth and change management specialist. She is an executive coach and confidant to diverse business leaders throughout Australia.

This has developed in her a unique skill set in the essential elements that enable growth and change in all business.

Leading change

Michelle brings her passion for enabling “change and growth” to individuals and businesses.

She is highly involved in the agricultural sector as it enters a new phase of technological breakthroughs and embraces the need for smarter farming practices. Change is at the core of this sector on every level from the grower, to consultants, to research biologists to government.

With a lifelong love of the land, quality food and smart farming practice, Michelle is bringing her change knoweldge and communication skills to this sector. She is director of communications  of key projects and working with scientists to communciate new scientific breakthroughs, is building partnerships between key leaders and innovative consultants and dedicated to enhancing business and leadership excellence in this sphere.
